Peer to Peer Brainstorming
Our P2P solution enables business leaders to share a business case, upon where we exercise a matchmaking activity to connect the right people for a ¨Confidential¨ 1:1 or Group Brainstorming session with trusted executives, Sr. Leaders, or Experts. These sessions are moderated and documented to ensure maximum results are achieved in a short time.

From the pool, we regularly feature people who share their inspirational stories or answer questions from the network via online channels, face-to-face events, videos, and podcasts.

You will tap into some great minds who collaborate to each other's success. The cohorts we set up are closed groups. No one selling you anything, No one making a fuss. Our values are to enable co-creation, a forward-leaning approach where everyone contributes, is there to support and engage with each other, and build that unique relationship where you can trust upon each other. Membership options:
Become a member of a special group of leaders. People who all have the mission to develop others and engage together toward enabling creative and dynamic experiences. We all contribute to the success of the cohorts we are part of. There are some rules we have in place to ensure we all are able to benefit:
- Engage, do not sell
- Share, add value to the cohort
- Be engaging, not an ass
- Be a trusted source of information, do not go blabbing around
- Be courageous to try new things, you are not dead yet
- Be respectful, everyone is investing to make it happen
- Be silly, yes we are making our engagements fun

We created 3 membership options.
Joining the network means you will be informed about events and receive the latest publications from the cohorts when they get published. Join our events for a small fee and start building your local network.

You only need to register so we can keep you informed about our progression!
But there is another option. Join a cohort with a fixed group of people from different sectors face to face (when the sanitary rules permit) and meet once a month in a confidential setting.

- Join our annual networking event
Process:
- Intake virtual call to understand the value you seek, and the value you bring. We aim to match people to achieve the maximum result and build a strong relationship
- Introduction to a cohort facilitator who is responsible for making sure the cohort's members add value to each other
- Match made, you will be joining the cohort and receive the appropriate invitations to join the sessions.

Joining as a business opens up the opportunity to join multiple expert cohorts and delegate attendance to your leadership team. Work with other leaders to solve your business challenge.
Membership details:
- 1 Business Mediation session per annum, moderated by one of our Change Agents, complimented with experts who can help you challenge and resolve the challenge you put forward.
Process:
The process is similar to when people join a cohort on a personal basis. In addition, you will benefit from an outside-in view of your business challenges as the network is there to add expert insights to your objectives.

Executive Masterminds are developed by Duchain & Associates. Your details and information are processed in full confidentiality. Information will only be shared after you give full consent. For all peer-to-peer brainstorming sessions, the people involved signing an NDA to ensure confidentiality is agreed upon between parties. DnA will support the matchmaking process as also the moderation of the meeting. You as the requester have full ownership of the results. Fees may apply to this service!
